Note 11. Subsequent Events In November 2013, the Company returned a total of $102,810 of Title IV funds to the Department of Education. The students who had originally received the funds were deemed ineligible by the Department of Education and as a result, the Company returned the funds to the Department. The Company will pursue collection of these funds from the recipients. |
